ASBA CIVIL SERVANT SOLUTION RETIREMENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP LOAN SCHEME:
This financial retirement program is specifically designed for civil servants who are still in active service and have attained Gratuity Status in Anambra State. The loan aims to provide financial assistance and support civil servants who wish to transition from their government jobs to entrepreneurship after retirement. It is also to empower them to become successful entrepreneurs, utilize their expertise and contribute to the economic growth of the state.
- Applicants must have attained State Civil Service Gratuity status
- Must be in a Co-operative with members that have all attained Gratuity status in the state civil service
- Tenure of loan application must not exceed the retirement date of members
- Monthly repayment amount should not exceed one-third of beneficiaries’ take home salary
- Duration: 24 – 48 months (6 months moratorium)

One youth, two skills loan is a financial assistance program designed to support first phase of the 5000 trained young entrepreneurs who are the recipients of the SOLUTION 1 YOUTH, 2 SKILLS GRANTS looking to expand their existing businesses. The working capital loan provides the opportunity for these graduands to grow and diversify their businesses. By providing access to funding and resources, this program empowers young entrepreneurs to take their businesses to the next level and achieve their goals of expansion and success.
